Hi, I'm Brian Mahoney. In 1992 I started MahoneyProducts by programming and launching a computer software product called General Manager Football. Back then if you wanted to play a video football game, you could only use the teams that came with the game. I wanted users to have the ability to create and draft their own team. AmigaWorld and other Computer Gaming magazines ran articles about my new and now often copied concept.

After this business success I attended a real estate seminar where at the end of the presentation they requested $1,500.00 just for a list of potential places to get money for real estate investing. (Remember this was in the 1990s! That's over $3,100 in today's money) I remember thinking how outrageous this was, and that one day when I was on the other side of the cash register, I would create my own real estate course at a much more affordable price.

So I read book after book and purchased course after course after course. Dave Del Dotto, The Milans, Carleton Sheets, Robert Allen, Robert Kiyosaki and more. Then I took action and began buying property. I would often work with the #1 selling real estate agents and pick their brains on the secrets to successful real estate investing. I rented out property. I flipped property. I used conventional loans, I used VA loans. I purchased alone. I purchased using partners. It was exciting! There is nothing like sitting at a closing and a person slides a $20,000 check across the table that's pure profit!

It was at this time I decided to share all that I had learned investing in real estate and began to write real estate books and eventually create videos and real estate courses at affordable prices.

I now run multiple successful businesses and will continue to devote the rest of my life helping people all over the world, start living their business dreams. Sharing my business success knowledge, with those serious about changing their financial life.
